Saskatoon, located at the South Saskatchewan River, is the largest city in the province of Saskatchewan. Nine bridges cross the mighty river within the city limits, which is why the city is also called the “Paris of the Prairies“. The Meewasin Trail, approximately 90 km long, is a recreational trail with beautiful parks along both sides of the river. Just leave the car and walk the city – it’s worth it.
Wanuskewin Heritage Park, around 15 km from the city gates, is without doubt the most impressive destination in this beautiful city.
